• Accounts identified as belonging to underage users will be suspended and data deleted.

2.3 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

• Buuny maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE.
• Any detected CSAE content or behavior will be reported immediately to authorities, and accounts involved will be permanently banned.

3. User Account and Security

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• False information may result in suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify Buuny immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Rules

• You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Buuny a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content for service purposes.

• Users must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, obscene, violent, infringing, or exploitative.
• Content violating intellectual property rights, privacy, or third-party rights is prohibited.

4.3 Moderation and Removal

• Users are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of their content.

5. Payments and In-App Purchases

5.2 Payment Process

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Buuny does not store full payment card details.
• Users must provide accurate billing information.

• Refunds are subject to the App Store / Google Play policies and Buuny's internal review.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5.4 Disputes

6. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

• Private messaging and video call features are intended for lawful, consensual use.
• Users must not use these features for harassment, spam, or illegal purposes.

8. Community Conduct and Prohibited Activities
